Coffee Exports Soar to $1.7B in Just Two Months: International Edition
In the initial two months of this year, Vietnam exported 309,505 tons of coffee, generating roughly $1.72 billion, as reported by the Department of Customs.
Nguyen Duc Dung, the Deputy General Director of the Vietnamese Mercantile Exchange, pointed out that coffee prices in the international market experienced significant growth. Consequently, although Vietnam’s coffee export volume dropped by 22%, the country saw an increase of more than 37% in its coffee export revenue during this time frame.
