On his Facebook page, the entrepreneur revealed that he initiated this endeavor approximately 15 years back and proceeded gradually as he lacked immediate funds.
The neighbor made him feel under pressure.
He remembered feeling like he was being left behind as his neighbor, who had unlimited funds, quickly built his house, whereas he proceeded at a slower pace.
Even though the neighbor seemed successful, he appeared uneasy when interacting with Mubita.
He mentioned that for each block I purchased, he would acquire 5,000 blocks, and his communication with me lacked consideration.
There was a distinct air of entitlement in his tone that caused Mubita to steer clear of him, yet he persisted in following her and showing off his substantial purchases.
Mubita adhered to his consistent procedure.
The man’s remarks implied that Mubita’s endeavors fell short of his ambitious expectations.
Unshaken by the jeers and the speed at which his neighbor was building, the resolute young man remained committed to his systematic strategy.

More than a decade has passed, and the optimistic fellow's home is still unfinished. In contrast, Mubita's modest abode has transformed into an expansive seven-bedroom palace complete with a boundary wall.
"To this day, I continue to construct my buildings in the same manner: slowly and steadily. I only build as funds become available," he revealed.
Lessons learned
Contemplating his path, Mubita shared an important insight into perseverance, encouraging individuals to move forward at their own speed.
He argued that repairing just one window frame per month qualifies as progress since all of them would be completed within a year.
"Constructing something is akin to educating oneself," he reflects.
