
Washington [USA], April 4 (ANI): Jeremy Allen White , who will play The Boss in the forthcoming biopic, unveiled a preview during a session at CinemaCon 2025 in Las Vegas , reported People.
He was accompanied by his co-actor Jeremy Strong, who portrays Bruce Springsteen's manager and producer, Jon Landau.
The clip featured White demonstrating his vocal abilities through short segments of " Born to Run" and " Nebraska," which played in the background.
"Bruce is a fixer. His work on this album involves mending the hole in his floor. He’s also fixing the gap within himself. After completing these tasks, he aims to mend the whole world," Strong can be heard stating according to Landau as reported by the source.
Both performers commented on their roles in the New Jersey-based singer's biographical film, with White noting it was "incredible, challenging, and a dream come true," as reported by People.
I genuinely feel blessed. Each one of us received Bruce’s approval," White went on. "This movie captures a crucial juncture where Bruce finds himself torn between the demands of fame and his previous life experiences.
"Deliver Me from Nowhere," penned and helmed by Scott Cooper, will trace Bruce Springsteen’s creation of his 1982 album "Nebraska." This film is an adaptation of Warren Zanes’ 2023 rock biography bearing the same title, according to the source.
Deliver Me from Nowhere also features Stephen Graham portraying Bruce Springsteen’s deceased father, Douglas “Dutch” Springsteen, according to People. Additionally, the cast includes Paul Walter Hauser as guitar technician Mike Batlan, Odessa Young as the protagonist's romantic interest, Faye, and Johnny Cannizzaro as E Street Band member Steve Van Zandt.
