Union Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan, family perform Kanya Pujan on Ram Navami

Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh), India, April 6 (ANI): The Union Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan , together with his family carried out Kanya Pujan on the occasion of Ram Navami - the ninth day Chaitra Navratri on Sunday.

Union Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan said, "Today is Ram Navami And today marks the ninth day of Navratri. The festivities include worshipping Maa Siddhidatri on this day. May she bestow her blessings upon us all, ensuring our happiness and well-being as we collectively work towards developing India under the guidance of Prime Minister Modi. It is customary for Kanya Pujan On Navami, daughters embody the divine feminine. We are all endeavoring under Prime Minister Modi’s guidance to usher in an era of Ram Rajya.”

Previously, the former Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh Yogi Adityanath performed ' Kanya Pujan ' at the Gorakhanth temple .

Speaking after the Pujan, Yogi Adityanath extended greetings on Ram Navami and underscored the importance of 'Maatri Shakti' within Indian culture.

Everyone has the duty to treat sons and daughters equally, with no distinction made between men and women. Only then can we uphold India's traditions. Yogi Adityanath said.
